Tutors are required to attend this planning and prep party for our upcoming Catholic Schoolhouse year!  You don’t want to miss it anyway since we will do 90% of your prep for this quarter during this meeting.

Tutors please come with a prepared lesson plan for your class.  If you are Pre-Grammar, or Grammar that means a 1 page summary of what you plan to do during your 2hr ‘classes’ to practice memory work with your kids.  If you are science or art, come having already read through Quarter 1 activities/science experiments, and plan a small ‘extra’ in case you have more time on your hands after the experiment (it can be a story book, coloring page- anything to enhance your class if you find that a project went faster than expected).

Bring your kids with you if you need to. They can help us prep our supplies for the school year!

Snacks and water will be provided.
